Download steam workshop mods without steam 2018

Oct 3, 2017 In the SteamCMD window type "login anonymous" without the quotes. If done The first part of the above tells steam we want to download a workshop mod.

It allows for syncing mods from Steam to GOG or from its internal Steam Workshop Downloader. If I can manage to catch Ded10c I'll get him to add it to the guides on Steam.
